Today, we are facing a critical challenge.

Due to statewide behavioral health funding changes under California’s Behavioral Health Transformation and Proposition 1, NAMI Solano County was informed that our long-standing county funding contract will not be renewed for Fiscal Year 2026–2027.

This results in the loss of approximately 💲324,000 in annual funding that has sustained essential mental health services in Solano County for the past decade.

This change was not based on a lack of impact or need. In fact, the need for accessible mental health support continues to grow across our community.
