Lady Echelon Project, Inc., is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to empowering the youth of our community. Our mission is to provide enriching workshops and programming that inspire and equip young individuals with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their future careers.At Lady Echelon, we believe in the transformative power of education and social engagement. 

Our diverse range of programs includes career development workshops, social engagement activities, and etiquette training designed to sharpen social skills and help our youth present themselves with professionalism and civility. We understand the importance of these skills in building a successful future, and we are passionate about providing opportunities for growth and development.To support our initiatives, we host various fundraising events that not only bring the community together but also provide the necessary resources to continue our impactful work. 

One of our recent highlights includes the Vallejo Youth Biotech Career Fair, sponsored by the Solano County Workforce Development Board and the Solano Community College Vallejo campus.
