Faith in Action

Faith in Action has provided a continuum of services to the homebound elderly of Solano County since 1998. Services include, but are not limited to: transportation, assistance with groceries/errands, friendly phone call, home visits, virtual and in-person peer counseling, and Fall Prevention classes. Seniors are not charged a fee for the provision of services.
