Convergence Life

Convergence is a men’s nonprofit Sober Living Environment (SLE) dedicated to helping individuals achieve stability, growth, and long-term success through safe housing, structured support, and personalized care. Our programs emphasize autonomy and purpose, empowering residents to rebuild their lives with dignity and independence.

As a contracted provider under California’s CalAIM initiative, Convergence delivers Community Supports (CS) and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services. These include Housing Transition Navigation, Housing Tenancy and Sustaining Services, Housing Deposits, Short-Term Post-Hospitalization Housing, Recuperative Care (Medical Respite), and other supportive interventions that address both health and housing needs.

Through a holistic approach that blends recovery support, life skills development, financial literacy, and system navigation, Convergence helps residents overcome barriers, connect to resources, and create sustainable pathways toward self-sufficiency.
