Choice in Aging

Choice in Aging (CiA) provides older adults and people with disabilities with the support they need to live with dignity, independence, and joy in the community of their choice. Our programs and services include Adult Day Health Care, Alzheimer’s Day Care Resource Centers, caregiver support and education, care and case management, an intergenerational Montessori preschool, mental health services for older adults, transitions from skilled nursing facilities back into community living, and more.

Through compassionate, person-centered care, CiA supports older adults, individuals living with disabilities or dementia, and their loved ones with services that promote connection, well-being, and quality of life.
