Our Organization: Since 2020, Blessingz on Blessingz Inc. has been driven to make the world a better place through a wide range of activities that empower individuals and communities. We strive to build productive relationships and create positive impact with all of our pursuits. Our center of relief program specifically addresses critical needs for displaced community members, including food security, hygiene facilities, and access to essential resources. With over two decades of community service experience, we are committed to creating real transformation in the lives of those we serve.

This proposal outlines an integrated program designed to move unhoused individuals and families in Solano County from crisis to stability and ultimately to homeownership. The program centers on a 24-hour relief facility that provides immediate survival needs while simultaneously offering wraparound services, case management, and a structured pathway to permanent housing and asset building.

The program recognizes that homelessness is not a singular experience but exists on a spectrum requiring different interventions at each stage. By combining immediate relief with long-term stability programming, this initiative addresses both the urgent crisis of homelessness and the systemic barriers that prevent families from achieving housing security.

To provide immediate relief, restore dignity, and create sustainable pathways from homelessness to homeownership for individuals and families in Solano County through comprehensive services, case management, and asset-building programs.

Solano County where every person has access to emergency services when needed and a clear, supported pathway to permanent housing and economic stability.

The Center of Relief serves as the foundational component, providing immediate access to basic human needs without barriers. This facility operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, serving as both an emergency resource and the entry point into the comprehensive pathway program.

Our main goal- 24 hr Core Services and Facilities: Climate Control Areas, Rest areas, Warming and Cooling Centers, Nutrition Services offered in our Commercial Kitchen and Dining Facility, Daily Food Pantry, Hygiene and Laundry Services with bathroom and shower access, On-Site Veterinary Clinic, substance use services with designated detox areas, mental health counseling and services, along with Additional Essential community Resources. Family-Specific Services, Children and Family Area, 

From Homelessness to Homeownership represents a paradigm shift in how communities respond to homelessness. Rather than managing crisis perpetually, this program creates genuine pathways out of homelessness toward economic stability and asset building. The 24-hour Center of Relief provides dignity, immediate needs, and critical entry point services, while the comprehensive pathway programming addresses the complex, interconnected barriers that trap families in homelessness.

This program recognizes that ending homelessness requires both compassionate immediate response and long-term systemic solutions. By combining Housing First principles with innovative homeownership preparation, we create opportunities for families to not just survive but thrive. The investment in comprehensive services, case management, and homeownership support will generate returns far exceeding costs through reduced emergency services utilization, improved health and education outcomes, and wealth building that benefits entire communities.

Solano County has the opportunity to become a national model, demonstrating that with adequate resources, political will, and community support, we can create real pathways from homelessness to homeownership. Every family deserves a safe place to call home and the opportunity to build a stable future. This program makes that vision a reality.

Our purpose is to provide an avenue for Bowlz of Blessingz whereby Hunger is not an option. The objective of our program is to facilitate a change from hungry and displaced self to purpose by providing them with hot fresh meals to each client. Our program is designed for youth, women and men (of any age) who are lacking the nutrition and resources needed and committed to the process of change for the betterment of themselves, while inspiring hope to their families and communities. While we have made some great strides, B.O.B still has a lot to accomplish. We need your support to persist in fulfilling our mission by continuing to contribute to the clients and encouraging them in becoming self-sufficient, supplying resources, faith and encouragement.
