Banana Leaf Farm

We're a small microfarm in the heart of Vallejo, now in our second year and still growing — 5,500 sq ft of goats, chickens, four hives, raised garden beds, and a young orchard, all tended the organic way. We're still developing the property, still building out new classes and workshops, and still networking to grow our reach in the community. But this isn't just about food. It's about reclaiming knowledge around land, food, and community that gets lost across generations — and being in a position to give that back.

We're a 501(c)(3) running six hands-on programs: beekeeping and pollinators, food preservation, urban livestock care, plant-based cooking, gardening workshops, and collaborative garden partnerships. Every one is designed to build local food security and environmental stewardship, one workshop at a time — and to help this community reconnect with what was taken from it.
