DSCBA is the only regularly staffed organization specifically dedicated to serving the Down syndrome community in the Bay Area.
Each stage of life presents unique challenges for people with Down syndrome. Every year, we directly serve approximately 600-800 people of all ages with Down syndrome as well as more than 2,000 family caregivers and medical and education professionals, by providing free or low-cost access to supportive therapies, classes, connection groups, one-on-one consultation, and more.
Our services help ensure people with Down syndrome reach their full potential in school and in adult life.
